Link Shopify, WooCommerce, or Etsy through GelatoConnect. The deck states setup can begin in under 48 hours, with a one-time onboarding process to configure the connection and map your products.
2Orders route automatically
When a customer places an order, it auto-routes to We Must. Product specs, order flow, and blank selection are handled through the connected workflow rather than through manual CSVs and email chains.
3We source, produce, and pack
Blanks are sourced automatically from supplier accounts including S&S Activewear, SanMar, and Lane Seven. We decorate the order, pack it with your branded packing slip, and prepare it for direct-to-consumer shipment.
4It ships to your customer
Canadian orders receive Canadian tracking. US orders receive US tracking. The shipment stays white-label, helping the parcel look like it came directly from your brand.
