    FAQ's

    What is Puff Printing?

Puff printing is a unique technique in the transfer process that involves adding a puff additive to ink. This additive expands when heated, creating a raised and textured effect on fabric.

    Is Puff Printing durable?

When done correctly and with proper care, puff prints can be durable, lasting through multiple washes without cracking or fading. High-quality puff printing can withstand 50-80 washes or more.

Which fabrics are suitable for Puff Printing?

Puff printing works well on various fabrics, including cotton, blends, and polyester. Natural fibers like cotton yield the best results.

What types of designs work best for Puff Printing?

Bold and simple designs are ideal for puff printing as intricate details may not translate well due to the raised texture of the ink. Thick lines, logos, and solid shapes are also suitable for this technique.

What are the limitations of Puff Printing?

Puff printing may not be suitable for intricate designs, exact color matching, or designs requiring fine details. Additionally, it can be more expensive than traditional screen printing and has restrictions on color intensity.

How should I care for Puff Printed clothing?

To ensure longevity of puff prints, it's recommended to wash garments inside out with cold water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air dry or use low heat. Proper care can extend the life of puff printed apparel.
