Amit has been an entrepreneur for over 15 years, beginning his journey in the garment industry in India before moving into technology and earning a BSc in Computer Information Systems. In 2021, he founded We Must with a single DTF printer in the front office of a truck repair shop. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of North America's fastest-scaling custom printing providers, now operating 65+ printers across 70,000 sq. ft. in Canada and the U.S. Serving distributors, agencies, and brands across the continent, Amit continues to drive We Must with one core principle—speed without compromising quality, a mindset that has shaped the company's growth and reputation today.

Robin oversees the daily operations that keep We Must running efficiently across all production lines and facilities. With a Bachelor's in Business Administration and international experience in the garment trade in the UAE and commercial trade in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he brings a strong operational and logistical foundation to the company. Robin specializes in workflow design, production planning, and quality systems that ensure consistent output even during high-volume seasons. His leadership enables We Must to deliver thousands of products on time while maintaining the reliability customers depend on.

Harmandeep leads the technology and automation that power We Must's large-scale production environment. With a Master's in Electrical Engineering and G7+ color management certification, he brings deep expertise in color science, systems engineering, and production automation. He is responsible for developing and integrating the technological infrastructure across We Must's facilities — from print-equipment optimization to workflow software and color-accuracy systems. Harmandeep's detail-driven approach ensures consistent precision, technical innovation, and the performance needed to support We Must's rapid growth.
