Artwork and Specifications
Step 1 - Setup Heat Press
● Set heat press to 300°F – 320°F
● Use medium to firm pressure
● Make sure garment surface is clean and flat
● Position the patch carefully before pressing
● Use a cover sheet or parchment paper to protect the patch surface
Step 2 - Time to Press
● Press the patch for 15–20 seconds using firm pressure
● Allow pressure to apply evenly across the entire patch surface
● Avoid shifting the patch during application
Step 3 - Cool & Check Adhesion
● Let the patch cool for several seconds before handling
● Check corners and edges for full adhesion
● If needed, repress for an additional 5–10 seconds with cover sheet applied
Step 4 - What Not To Do
● Do not use excessive heat, as this may affect silicone texture
● Do not wash garment for 24 hours after application
● Do not use fabric softener on decorated garments
● Avoid uneven pressure during pressing
